RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We take great care in preparing and packaging every EarthDaad order.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our botanical, mineral, and natural products, opened, used, or unsealed products cannot be returned for hygiene and product-integrity reasons, except where required by applicable law.

Unopened and unused products in their original condition and packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

We want you to feel good and happy about every part of your EarthDaad journey 🌿 If something isn’t quite right, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to take care of you with care and attention.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the incorrect item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or fulfilled. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

REFUNDS

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
