Every EarthDaad order is carefully prepared and packaged before beginning its journey to you.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

CANADA & UNITED STATES

We ship throughout Canada and the United States. Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your destination.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is available to select destinations. Availability and shipping options are determined at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your shipment appears lost, arrives damaged, or experiences an unusual delay, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the shipment with the carrier.
