SUGGESTED USE

As a tea or infusion: Add approximately 1 to 2 teaspoons of dried Maral Root to 250 to 300 ml of hot water. Steep for 10 to 15 minutes, then strain before drinking.

As a powder: Grind the dried root into a fine powder. Mix approximately ½ teaspoon into warm water, tea, or another beverage once daily.
